Aged 15 – 21? Get inspired by contemporary art this summer.
Meet four artists in four days and experiment with a range of new artistic concepts, techniques and processes including painting, sculpture, photography and performance. Featuring artists from the Gallery’s major summer exhibition The London Open 2018. On the fifth day, create a pop- up display and share your response to the exhibition with gallery staff and the public.
You will also get a behind the scenes tour and find out about different job roles at the Gallery.

Gabriella Boyd (b. 1988, Glasgow, UK), makes abstract and figurative paintings often concerned with celebrating attempts at communications in human relations- often focusing on futile or misconstrued affectionate acts
Rachel Pimm (b. 1984, Harare, Zimbabwe) examines the materiality of our environment through a range of media including film, photography and sculpture.
Alexis Teplin (b. 1976, California, USA) is a painter whose practice expands beyond the limits of the frame, to include writing, performance, costume and at times moving image.
Andrea Luka Zimmerman (b. 1969) is an artist and cultural activist who works in film, installation and photography. Often working collaboratively, Zimmerman explores the intersection of public and private memory, particularly in relation to structural and political violence.
