A new series of artist-led talks addressing the expanded significance of the tree in contemporary art – from conceptual proposition to poetic metaphor or political statement. 

Polish artist Łukasz Surowiec reflects on his project which transported hundreds of birch seedlings from the former Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp to Berlin, Germany with Curator Daniel Herrmann.

Concessions and members are kindly asked to show proof or ID when collecting tickets on the night.
