The winner of the Max Mara Art Prize for Women Laure Prouvost talks to artist Barbara Steveni about inspiration, aspiration, residencies, waterfalls and Italy, with operatic performance by singer and composer Cristina Zavalloni.

This event has been organised in collaboration with the Collezione Maramotti and with Teatri Reggio Emilia, and will be followed by the exhibition Max Mara Art Prize for Women: Laure Prouvost, at the Whitechapel Gallery 20 March – 7 April 2013, and at the Collezione Maramotti, 4 May – 10 November 2013.
