Zilkha Auditorium Coinciding with the staging of the award-winning play England at the Gallery, this panel asks: What is the role of the gallery as a stage set for performance? When does the gallery become a protagonist? Are there differences between the performance practices of visual artists and artists from other disciplines? Speakers include Tim Crouch, actor and writer of England, Lois Keidan, Director, Live Art Development Agency, Nicholas Ridout, Department of Drama, Queen Mary, University of London (Chair) and Ian White, artist, writer and curator.
