The London Art Book Fair 2009 took place at the Whitechapel Gallery on 25-27 September 2009.

The inaugural Fair hosted more than 80 of the most vibrant, stimulating and exciting art publishers from the UK and abroad. View the list of exhibitors.

An exhibition by the Ivory Press, created especially for the Fair, presented outstanding publications by Eduardo Chillida, Sir Anthony Caro, Anish Kapoor, Richard Long, and Richard Tuttle among others. The Fair itself was designed by a team led by Alasdhair Willis, Established & Sons, and Farshid Moussavi, Farshid Moussavi Architecture.
