Artist Information

John Latham rose to prominence in the late 1950s and has subsequently become one of the most important British artists of the period.  His work develops concepts of Event Structures and Flat Time Theory through performances, paintings, assemblages, sculptures and films.  Books are a major theme in Latham’s work and can be seen in this set of limited editions; be it through the application of printed word or graphic representation.
