This edition is a cinematic photograph of LAX (Los Angeles International Airport), which demonstrates Artlab’s [Cullinan and Richard's] tendency to fuse styles and influences, here blending elements of documentary photography and romantic fiction.

Artist Information

Charlotte Cullinan and Janine Richards (Artlab) have been producing work together since 1997, combining influences and merging traditional practices, such as sculpture, painting, film and photography, to create and support connections and to question the role of individual authorship in art.
