Q: I am unable to proceed with my order beyond entering my address details and/or I see the following error message:

Status:INVALID
StatusDetail:3130 : The BillingState value is too long.

A: Check that your address details are correct and pay special attention the the "State" field. This field is to be used only by customers who are from the US - any invalid input will prevent successful completion of your order.

- If your address is NOT in the US, please leave this field blank to proceed with your order.
- If your address is in the US, please enter your two-digit state code in CAPITAL LETTERS. For the benefit of anyone who is not sure, here is a list of all US State codes:

Q: My order was successful but I have not received confirmation of my order.

A: Confirmation of your order is sent automatically to your nominated email address upon completion of your transaction.

From time to time some email service providers may mark these emails as spam so please check your junk mail folder. Please add sales@whitechapelgallery.org to your list of safe-senders to ensure safe delivery of these emails in the future.

If you cannot find your confirmation email then please email info@whitechapelgallery.org with your full name and details of your order so that we can manually trace and confirm your order.
