We are offering a number of Fixed Term Contracts for Gallery Assistant  to invigilate our Michael Rakowitz exhibition  between 4th  June – 25th  August 2019

Contract 1 (4 June – 25 August 2019)

  • Hours of work: 21.75 hours a week
  • Days of work: Tuesday 10:30 -18:15, Wednesday 14.15 – 18.15, Thursday 17:00 – 21:15, Saturday 10.30 – 18.15

 

Contract 2 (4 June – 25 August 2019)

  • Hours of work: 21.75 hours a week
  • Days of work: Tuesday 15 – 18.15, Wednesday 10.30 – 18.15, Thursday 17:00 – 21:15, Sunday 10.30 – 18.15

 

Contract 3 (4 June – 25 August 2019)

  • Hours of work: 75 hours a week
  • Days of work: Tuesday 12.15 – 16.30, Thursday 17:00 – 21:15, Friday 10.30 – 17.15, Saturday 10.30 – 18.15

 

Contract 4 (4 June – 25 August 2019)

  • Hours of work: 18.5 hours a week
  • Days of work: Wednesday 12.15 – 16.30, Thursday 17:00 – 21:15, Friday 10.30 – 17.15, Saturday 12.15 – 16.30

 

Contract 5 (4 June – 25 August 2019)

  • Hours of work: 16.5 hours a week
  • Days of work: Thursday 14.15 – 18.15, Friday 10.30 – 17.15, Sunday 10.30 – 18.15

 

Contract 6 (4 June – 25 August 2019)

  • Hours of work: 75 hours a week
  • Days of work: Thursday 17:00 – 21:15, Friday 10.30 – 17.15, Sunday 10.30 – 18.15

 

Contract 7 (4 June – 25 August 2019)

  • Hours of work: 12.5 hours a week
  • Days of work: Thursday 17:00 – 21:15, Friday 14.15 – 18.15, Sunday 12.15 – 16.30

 

Contract 8 (26 June – 25 August 2019)

  • Hours of work: 16.75 hours a week
  • Days of work: Thursday 17:00 – 21:15, Friday 10.30 – 17.15, Sunday 10.30 – 18.15

 

Conditions of work

  • Fixed Term contracts 4 June – 25 August 2019 and 26 June – 25 August 2019
  • Be available to cover other GA’s Annual Leave when required
  • Be available to work evening shifts when required as per season openings, patrons events etc.
  • The period of notice: 3 weeks (1 week within probation)
  • Probation period: 3 weeks
  • Salary : based on £9.41 per hour on a fixed term contract with additional hours added
