Get inspired by abstract art with your family. Create costumes, hats and jewellery to become a walking work of art and help make a giant building with artist Laura X Carlé. Explore the exhibition with a new family trail by artist Abigail Hunt.
Booking recommended but drop-in welcome.
Activities:
• Use crafty materials to create abstract costumes, hats and jewellery to wear when looking at the exhibition and become a living work of art.
• Discover how shapes fit together to make something new by adding your section to a giant abstract sculpture using Perspex shapes, cardboard tubes and wood
• Make your own mini sculptures to take home inspired by abstraction and the works in the exhibition using wooden sticks, paint and scrap materials.
