More in not before it has forgotten you

not before it has forgotten you

7 April - 15 May

Inspired by Georges Perec’s La Disparition [A Void, 1969], written without ever using the letter ‘e’, ‘not before it has forgotten you’ evokes the type of affective engagement that we develop with what has left, considering how various regimes of visibility can operate to give a form to absence – whether it be individual loss or collective erasure.
