The Whitechapel Gallery Art Icon 2021 honours lifetime achievement of artist Yinka Shonibare CBE supported by the Swarovski Foundation. 16 phenomenal artworks and exclusive experiences were open for bidding in the 2021 Art Icon Online Auction, hosted by Phillips Auction House. All proceeds from the auction support Whitechapel Gallery’s education and community programmes.
