Launched in 2020, the Freelands Painting Prize champions exceptional painting practice and teaching at undergraduate level. Each year, Freelands Foundation has invited every institution in the UK offering an undergraduate course in Fine Art or Painting to nominate a graduating student for the prize.

The programme offers an insight into the shifting status of painting and material experimentation within art departments, and serves as a celebration of the emerging artists keeping these spaces alive and thriving.

All copy and description of events is the responsibility of the host/originator.

Address: 10 Greatorex Street London E1 5NF

Opening Reception: Thursday 2nd October, 6:30 – 8:30 PM
