Explore the potential of art to inspire creative writing. Works selected from “la Caixa” Collection of Contemporary Art by writer Tom McCarthy, exploring urgent contemporary themes of surveillance and control, form the backdrop to this practical writing workshop, led by National Writing Project.
This workshop is the third in a series that follows four exhibitions curated in partnership with UK contemporary fiction writers. Each writer has been invited to select works from “la Caixa” Collection of Contemporary Art to create an exhibition and a new fictional text. These texts, based on their selection of artworks, are available in an accompanying series of illustrated publications.
