Serving ethically sourced coffee, organic teas and locally made soft drinks as well as delicious homemade cakes and bakes, focaccia sandwiches, and other tempting fare. Eat in or cake away.
Every Thursday, 5pm-9pm, Alba Caffe offers an evening drinks offer, as a part of Whitechapel Lates. Join us for a refreshing spritz and homemade focaccia snack, all for just £8! Refresh, Refuel, Relax.
As always, Members receive a 10% discount on all food and drink.

As a women-led independent cafe based within Whitechapel Gallery, ethics are at the heart of everything we do. We’re proud to be a London Living Wage employer, to support local initiatives across East London, and to source only the highest quality produce.
We use Cacklebean eggs from the Cotswolds, Estate Dairy milk and yoghurt from Norfolk, free-range herb-fed chicken from Perry’s Butcher just up the road at Spitalfields Market, and fresh vegetables from Ted’s Veg.
Our coffee is roasted and delivered by bike by Climpson & Sons in East London, and our teas come from Nemi, a London-based social enterprise that supports and empowers refugees.
