Becoming Thing

Becoming THING was created as a performance dialogue between Writer in Residence Ed Atkins, artist Andy Holden, and a number of THINGS in various states of (un)becoming. Their aim was to outline, discuss, beset, and change the states and phases of things – with particular, necessary emphasis on what it might be for a human to become a thing; if, indeed, humans are not things to begin with.

This performance was a continuation of a piece developed for Holden’s ongoing project, ‘The Dan Cox Library for the Unfinished Concept of Thingly Time’.
